Construction financing is a short-term loan used to cover the cost of building a home. Instead of  receiving the full amount upfront, funds are released in stages (called “draws”) as the project  progresses. The lender typically inspects the work at each stage before releasing the next draw. Once  construction is complete, the loan is usually converted into a traditional mortgage or paid off with  permanent financing. We work closely with you and your lender to coordinate each draw and keep the  project moving smoothly.

At R.C. Dent Construction, we stand behind our work with a comprehensive 1-year warranty covering all  labor and materials. This means that if any issues arise due to defective workmanship or materials  within the first year, we will address them promptly. 

Additionally, many products used in our construction projects come with manufacturer warranties that  often extend beyond the initial year and are transferable to you as the homeowner. These warranties  cover specific components like appliances, roofing materials, and HVAC systems. We ensure that all  relevant warranty documentation is provided to you upon project completion.
